Red wine produced with Massaretta grapes and Sangiovese grown in the vineyard “Forma Alta” and “La Perla” in Bonascola, Carrara.Le grapes harvested manually brought to the cellar in the town of Castelpoggio 700m above sea level interrara ¾ full of constant temperature.Fermentation with its yeast directly in cement tanks and subsequent aging for twelve months.
